Which means at. ie. Me baño a las sies. O, Me baño en el sies.

Me baño a las seis. With time the hours are always plural so you say a las. Unless you are talking about one o'clock because one is singular, you would say a la una.

Also, "Me baño en el seis" makes no sense. Well, unless you are saying that you will take a shower in an apartament/room which's number is 6, but this would be informal.
