It's none of your business is "no es asunto tuyo"
I like the answer above but perhaps you could also say, "No tiene nada que ver contigo" which is more like, "It doesn't have anything to do with you." Both are good.
Cuba = No te metas en lo que no te importa.
Is there a Spanish equivalent for "Keep your nose out!"

I've heard: "No te pertenece." which would be "It doesn't pertain to you." or "It doesn't concern you." I'm not sure where that is on the scale of rudeness.
You can also have other slight variations, ie
None of your business - ¡Y a ti qué te importa! (or) ¡no te metas!
