¿Cómo tu dices? how do you say i give to you in spansh? ¿Es yo te doy o yo doy a ti?

"Yo te doy" is ok.
If you want to use "a ti" you have to use "te" as well, like this: "yo te doy a ti".
Usually you would leave out the "yo" however -- it is understood from the verb.
