I agree with Webdunce...if you can log in and ask a question you are now a member of SpanishDict. Don't worry about the verification code.

Since you were able to ask a question, then it seems you were able to login. If you were able to do that, just don't bother with the verification process (you've already done it and did not realize it).
On the other hand, if you cannot login, I hope someone helps you with this.
