I found a recipe for Carimanolas which called for "iguana,gatosolo, vaca, puerco"

ewwww gatosolo is a mammal like a raccoonwatch the video vaca is cow and puerco is pig.

So I guess they are mentioning the meat of all these mammal + iguana meat. Who wants to eat Carimanolas o whatever the name is.sick

Have you tried looking up those words in the dictionary?

There is a horizontal menu at the top of your screen just below the SpanishDict logo. It's a very good dictionary. The translator is good for phrases, too.
