what are gatosolo, vaca, puerco?
I found a recipe for Carimanolas which called for "iguana, gatosolo, vaca, puerco"
ewwww gatosolo is a mammal like a raccoonwatch the video vaca is cow and puerco is pig.
So I guess they are mentioning the meat of all these mammal + iguana meat. Who wants to eat Carimanolas o whatever the name is.
Have you tried looking up those words in the dictionary?
There is a horizontal menu at the top of your screen just below the SpanishDict logo. It's a very good dictionary. The translator is good for phrases, too.
Give it a try and if you still have questions come back and post a reply in your thread, and folks will help you out.
