In Spanish we just say "un archivo (en) PDF", and that's it, you needn't translate it.

You could use a PDF Translator. There are a few out on the market right now. Systran and Babylon 9 are the most popular at the moment!

I don't think you would need to translate it. Some words are left the same, and I think that in technological language, it would translate the same for English and Spanish. Otherwise the Internet would be all messed up.
