"muchos besos" or you can say "un montón de besos" (that means a lot/a pile/a heap of kisses)

I think samdie means the phrase will work regardless of whether you are saying it to a man or woman, but the poster asked specifically how to say it to a male partner as though there might be some difference in phrasing depending on the recipient's sex. - webdunce, Feb 10, 2010
