two words: candar= lock and cerrar= shut?

Please shut and lock the door. = Por favor, cerra y canda la puerta.

I think its more common to say

cerrar con llave -- to lock (with a key)

cerrar con condado -- to lock (with a padlock)

cerrar con cerrojo -- to lock (with a bolt)

The last two I found in my dictionary (Collins), but "cerrar con llave" I´ve seen plenty of times.
