Qué siga bien

Hola! Just a quick question. Is the phrase "Qué siga bien" sometimes used to signify "good luck", or "I hope it goes well" ?
I just noticed the phrase for the first time (watching Destinos again), and it confused me. I thought the guy was telling Raquel to "continue well" which makes no sense! Thanks in advance!
