In Mexico se dice "ojos de color miel". I have also read "ojos de color avellano".

I have an Avon catalog in Spanish & they say "ojos miel" when referring to hazel eyes so it seems that's probably the more common phrase. - Ladrona_Pequeña, FEB 9, 2010
