I know how to say "you are", but how do you say "are you"

The same pretty much...
Are you English? = ¿eres ingles? You are English = eres ingles
o
Are you bored? = ¿estás aburrido? You are bored = estás aburrido
Also, you can throw in 'tú' to emphasise a question.
