In Law, power of attorney, It ‘s a document that extends a lawyer approved by the Chief Justice Court, where a person is a principal and another will represent him in all his affairs.

Well, poder means to be able. I can't find out what generalisimo means though, sorry.

I think that "poder generalisimo" means "power of attorney" but I'd guess that if a bank is asking for this that they want the legal documents that show that a person has power of attorney. "documentos notariados" would mean "notarized documents" You may need to ask them if they need them notarized. "¿Nesesitan documentos notariados?"

I believe it means "to be able to command in a supreme way" To be able to take supreme control! Poder means to be able to and Generalisimo means "supreme commander and cheif. So it sounds as if it could be power of attorney "being able to take supreme control over" This is something you would have to ask a law person though! Thanks and I hope this was helpful!
