Yes. Me levanto is the way to say it. "Me levanto a las tres de la mañana." You can also say "Quiero levantarme a las tres de la mañana." or whatever by adding a conjugated verb in front of levantarme. I've also seen natives not conjugate the first verb like "Levantarme a las..." but I don't know what that's about.
