difference between me cuento and cuentame

When do you use "me cuento" and when do you use "cuentame" instead? Thanks so much

"Ahora me cuento con mucho trabajo." "Now I have a lot of work." This is another way of saying, "Ahora tengo mucho trabajo."

"Cuentame, ¿Qué hiciste ayer?" "Tell me, what did you do yesterday?"
