See how you can say something like "Conocerte es amarte", would it be correct o say "conocerme es amarme"?

Yes, both of those are correct: "conocerte es amarte" - to know you is to love you, and "conocerme es amarme" - to know me is to love me. As Jeezle pointed out, "conocerlo es temerlo" - to know him is to fear him!!
