Me pongo 1st person singular nos ponemos 1st person plural, te pones 2nd singular os ponéis 2nd plural, se pone 3rd person singular, and se ponen 3rd plural.
For languages that have inflected verbs (many but by no means all), as a simple matter of economy, dictionaries consolidate their information under a single "head entry". The verb "hablar", for example, can take about 100 forms (depending on the ending [which can reflect person, number, tense, voice, and .mood]). It would be silly (and uneconomical) to repeat all of the information for every possible form of hablar (and for native speakers, superfluous). By the same token, If you wanted to know what the dictionary had to say about the meaning of "horses", you would need to look under the entry for "horse" (the singular) where you would probably find examples that used "horses" but the assumption would be that the singular/plural distinction would be obvious).
Infinitives are the roots of verbs, ie: Poner, Tener, Estar, Pulir, etc. In your example, it would be "Me pongo la ropa."
me te se le nos are called Reflectives.
