Explanation of Hacerte?

Could someone please explain hacerte to me? It doesn't come up when I conjugate hacer and I'm quite confused. I know it means "make you" but I'm quite lost on this.

hacerse or hacerte it is "verbo pronominal" (pronoun + verb) hacerse = se hace hacerte = te hace intead of to make represent "to become"
