Do you need it translated? If so - ¿A qué velocidad viaja el coche? which is literally "At what speed is the car going?"
You could also say "¿Qué tan rápido el viaje en coche?" which is literally "How fast is the speed in the car." .... well at least pretty closely. 
I do think that the former is more proper, though.
