At first I thought it was just "I present you to..." pero in realidad parece que significa "let me introduce you to.." Te presento a mi amigo Raul. Let me introduce you to my friend Raul. Esto es la verdad?

If so, then yes, that's the verb. The Spanish verb "introducir" is a cognate, but is not used (as far as I know) when introducing a person to another person. However, in practice, both the English and Spanish sentences are pretty much interchangeable.
