How do you say it's partly cloudy?

Instead of saying, "Está nublado", how would you say, "It's partly cloudy"?
"Está un poco nublado"? Or is there a more proper way?

Parcialmente nublado. By the way, you say "hace parcialmente nublado". Makes a lot more sense.
