Hi, Here i go with another one of my questions...When someone asks you ¿Como esta?, would you or could you tell them "Bien. ¿Usted?" or would that be impolite if you had just met the person?

You would say something like: Bien ¿Y Ud.?
There's nothing impolite about that.
