We're glad to have you as a member!
Chiquitote and Bebesote are not Spanish words. I think the leters "tote" and "sote" were added to the end, so, it could be "The cheeky baby"
Or
If you took just the "te" and "ote" off then it might be "The little baby boy" (not a literal translation)
So, it could be either, or I could be way off... 
But that's my opinion.
