I signed my friend's annual in Spanish, and I want to make sure it is right.

"A Gaby, Janda, Mily! Ser ustedes mismos! Nunca cambian! Ustedes son niñas hermosas! Muy talentosas! Amo a ustedes!"

Thanks for your help... the bad thing is I have already written it, and in pen. haha. Does what I already have make sence? If not, can I write "Las amo a ustedes"? - SavviVague, Feb 1, 2010
Also, can I say "Sean ustedes mismas!" without siempre? - SavviVague, Feb 1, 2010
Las amo OR Las amo a ustedes. Either is correct, but the "a ustedes" is a little redundant and probably wouldn't be used in normal conversation. - CalvoViejo, Feb 1, 2010
Thanks. As long as it doesn't take away from the meaing... redundantness is fine, considering it is in ink. And again, should I say "Sean ustedes mismas" or "ser ustedes mismas"? and the exclusion of siempre... - SavviVague, Feb 1, 2010

I wouldn't have repeated ustedes in ustedes son niñas hermosas. It's implied. Amo a ustedes > Las amo. And, I'm not exactly sure what you mean with ser ustedes mismos. It doesn't make sense to me. Ustedes mismos (would be mismas) means yourselves. If you mean that they are the same, it would be las mismas.

By "ser ustedes mismas" I mean "Be yourselves".. Amo a ustedes -> is it still correct? - SavviVague, Feb 1, 2010
Sean ustedes mismas. And yeah amo a ustedes is perfectly fine, I was just taking out the redundant ustedes. - maripositaxx, May 16, 2010
