What's the usual term for a "Guest Speaker"?

I'm translating a flyer for a conference, and some of the words are not as commonly used in Spanish. For instance: "A former softball player," "active in developing," and "Guest Speaker."

Put the cursor mouse on the word you want to translate and make double click on it.
You will see the translation on screen.

a former softball player = un ex-jugador de sóftbol active in development = activo en desarrollo (may need more wording to be more accurate in this one) Guest Speaker = Presentador Invitado or orador invitado
