what does rio grand mean?

I would like to know what rio grand means. I found this Valentines day card that say "To someone who is Rio Grand"

I just realized.

It´s a play on words. You´re not supposed to translate it. It´s like a joke, saying ¨To someone who´s real grand¨.

It´s supposed to be Río Grande (río with accent or tilde, and grande with e on the end).
