Hi everybody...yes, I'm back!
Mexico was great, and a month of speaking only Spanish was really helpful for my conversation skills.

I really should not allow this thread, this is very personal and if you miss somebody....this should be done privately. And please think of the people who cannot be here for a while and then don't get a welcome back thread...they will feel bad. 
However, Marianne was the first newbie on this site who started helping a looooot on this site, especially with problem maker number one, 
, I am sure the older members remember
. I have a good memory and I am still grateful to her and the others who helped us in those days.

Hello Marianne, as you probably know I have some questions concerning the course you took part in. I hope that you won't mind it if I send you a PM... That's not only curiosity but also my friend's plans to go to Mexico with a similar goal as you, i.e. master spanish I will drop you a line as soon as possible...

Sorry! A little late to the party... I do remember that. That's just about the time I became a member and it was in a large way, reading Marianne's posts and comments that convinced me what an awesome atmosphere for learning existed in SpanishDict.
