How would you say "written by" in Spanish? Would it be "escrito por", or is the infinitive used?

[fue] Escrito por... is correct.
passive voice construction (Ser + past participle por agente)
se escribió el libro (no agente)

If memory serves correct, I've always seen it as escrito por in books. I could be wrong though, someone more knowledgeable should be along to answer properly....
