how do you say "this medication will make your blood thin"?

I am making an educational hand out about the medication Coumadin, an anticoagulant. I need to know how to say "it will thin your blood"

So far, the best way I can think of to say this phrase would be the following:

Esta medicina hará su sangre diludía.

which basically means:

This medicine will dilute your blood.

In English, we use the word "thin". But I'm not sure if that translates well into Spanish. I am going to check one more thing, but didn't want to leave you waiting for an answer. Either way, the above sentence will definitely get the point across.

Como nunca he tenido la oportunidad de ir a Argentina, solo puedo comentar sobre el uso de México, en donde se usa más que nada, "Este medicamento hará tu sangre menos espesa." "Este medicamento licuará tu sangre" también se oye pero menos.

"Este medicamento diluirá tu sangre" no se usa porque se indica que hay otro elemento más que el medicamento que quizás se introduzca a la sangre.

As I've never had the oportunity to go to Argentina, I can only comment on the use in Mexico, where more than anything, "Este medicamento hará tu sangre menos espesa" is used. "Este medicamento licuará tu sangre" is also heard, but less.

"Este medicamento diluirá tu sangre" isn't used because it could indicate that another element other than the medication is being introduced into the blood.

Hará diluída no es exacto, pero se puede entender.

As Benz said, she is a natvie speaker, diluir or licuar are verbs which should be used in this case.
