I want to know what is the fastest way to learn spanish?? if you know or have ideas. Thanks!!!!!

Immerse yourself in a Spanish speaking area and only speak, read, watch (movies / TV), and listen to Spanish (unless the English is just to interpret the Spanish) as much as you possibly can (yes it will be hard). Ideally like Goyo said live with your teacher's family.
Also, date or marry someone that only speaks Spanish, or just make a commitment to make friends and hangout with primarily people that speak only Spanish.
Make sure you balance your study of Spanish (grammar, vocabulary) equally with practicing speaking. When you are talking, explain to everybody you talk to that you want to be corrected when you make a mistake.
If you are immersed in the books only, realize it is absolutely essential to actually HEAR and SPEAK the Spanish to make real progress.
When you're walking or driving doing something that doesn't take up your mental harddrive, make sure you're listening to audio of Spanish (songs, podcasts, Pimsler, Rocket Spanish, or audio books in Spanish from your library).
Understand that the more TIME you devote to it, the faster you will learn. So why not dedicate a full 6-9 months to study in Costa Rica, Guatemala, or Peru?
Move to a Spanish-speaking country and live with a family of school-teachers who will be willing to devote themselves non-stop to your Spanish education.
Get in a ring with a bull that only speaks Spanish.

studying of course: duh, not fun: but: that is the fastest possible way you can learn it. Devote plenty of time to it.
