What is Cajeta?
Cajeta is a type of carmel produced from goats milk & burnt sugar, popular in Mexico. I lived in Mexico for 10 years, most people put it in Coffee, Tea, and over Ice Cream, it is also sold smeared between to vanilla wafers & then eaten like a big cookie. Most of my friends that are native to Mexico City used to eat it right off the spoon!! It is absolutely delicious!!
