Hi and welcome to the forum,
Sorry for the delay. Finding medical terms is not one of the easiest tasks. I try to help because of my experience with medical transcription. Sometimes it is frustrating looking for definitions or spellings in English, let alone Spanish.
So here goes. You would say:
Tiene las enzimas hepáticas elevadas.
Or
Tiene las enzimas hepáticas altas.
Nicole's suggestion is excellent.
It depends how much they understand of medicine though.
Why not go with:
tiene usted las encimas hepáticas elevadas, o sea, su higado está dañado y tiene que tener cuidado, no debe beber..etc.
Your enzyms are high, that is your liver is affected, and you have to take care of yourself by not drinking alcohol, etc.
What about using análisis for the word test since they may not know what liver enzymes are? Your liver tests were high.
