glue a cow in this square
I am not sure if this can be explainned like this:
glue a cow in this square.
As you can imagine there is a square and the boy has to glue a picture of a cow inside the square. Is the sentence correct?. What happens is that I would like not to have to use "the picture of a cow" to make the sentence shorter.
Thank you.

Yes, the sentence is understandable. But, if there is only one cow, it might make a little more sense if you said "glue the cow in this square"......
No es necesario decir «the picture of the cow». Solo «a cow» o «the cow» es suficiente. Es exactemente como lo digamos.
