alt text UtmostLogic:

If you are looking for a single word, consider the imperative forms of the verbs “to go forward” (adelantar) or “to advance” (avanzar).
The 3rd person singular imperative for adelantar is “¡Adelante!” and for avanzar is “¡Avance!"
Para mi, prefiero “¡Adelante!” For me, I prefer “¡Adelante!”

- Moe, Jan 26, 2010

sigue or sigamos is enough but also depends if this is refereed to you or us. you: sigue adelante! - keep going us: sigamos adelante! - let's keep going.
