Good question Jelly! If it is in the context that I am imagining, then CalvoViejo is right. I have a friend from Ecuador who calls it 'tiemp latino'! But it conveys the same thing as 'hora latina'. grin

When we have parties, my wife and I 'deviously' invite our hispanic friends to come an hour or two earlier so they will arrive more or less when we truly wanted them to come. LOL

Literally "Latin time", but it refers to the fact that when you throw a party and tell everyone it starts at 7:00, the first guest will show up at 8:00.

I have also heard a radio show that features issues/conversations led by, and relevant to, Latinas...(i.e., women)

We talk about mañana time. Everything happens tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.

Someone told me that airlines in Latin American are very accustomed to having passengers missing their flights, Viva hora latina, but I guess not so good if you are always missing your flights.
