Good question Jelly! If it is in the context that I am imagining, then CalvoViejo is right. I have a friend from Ecuador who calls it 'tiemp latino'! But it conveys the same thing as 'hora latina'. ![]()
When we have parties, my wife and I 'deviously' invite our hispanic friends to come an hour or two earlier so they will arrive more or less when we truly wanted them to come. ![]()
Literally "Latin time", but it refers to the fact that when you throw a party and tell everyone it starts at 7:00, the first guest will show up at 8:00.

I have also heard a radio show that features issues/conversations led by, and relevant to, Latinas...(i.e., women)
We talk about mañana time. Everything happens tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.
I guess it could mean "Late"

Someone told me that airlines in Latin American are very accustomed to having passengers missing their flights, Viva hora latina, but I guess not so good if you are always missing your flights.
