You have to say:

"No me gusta mi trabajo porque los chicos no se van a la cama y no se duermen"

o

"No me gusta mi trabajo porque los chicos no se quieren ir a la cama a dormir" (though both mean the same, the second sounds better in Spanish)

Translation: Los niños no irán a la cama y dormirán. Sound a bit weird to me. You better say: Los niños ni irán a la cama ni dormirán.

Sorry to tell you that's a literal translation but doesn't sound good for this situation - Benz, ENE 24, 2010
