"hágale": what does it mean?

I came across the word in a textbook in the following sentence:

"Hágale las siguientes preguntas a un compañero."

What does it mean and what is the infinitive verb form for "hágale"? I tried looking it up but could not find it.

Thanks!

In this case, it means "ask!" as a command.

hacer preguntas = ask questions

Haga = Ud. command form of hacer

The "le" part on the end is because you are asking it TO a classmate (a un compañero).

It means the same as saying go ahead.
