Any word that ends in "-ista" (dentista, socialista, nudista, guitarrista, etc.) is both masculine and femenine. These examples should help:

Mi madre es una franquista, pero mi padre no es un franquista.

Conocí a algunas mujeres nudistas ayer. Antes, no había visto a un nudista jamás.
