Updating User Name

Question

Hi everyone, my first post. A technical query.... I am trying to change my user name but I keep getting an error, whatever I do. I have written to the administrators but I did not receive an answer. Has anyone had any luck in changing the user name? Any tips? Regards P

My understaning is that changing usernames is not looked upon favorably. I remember a thread in which Eddy remarked that he did not see the point, unless I imagined that..... which I may have. It bears a certain suspicion because we have had members here that were untrustworthy. For what it's worth I like the name Pam Farmer, it reminds me of a farm where all the animals are named Pam so you are the Pam farmer. Cute.
