Tenemos que hablar (or Debemos hablar) en español delante de las chicas para que (ellas) no sepan/comprendan (de) lo que hablamos.
P.S. If you want, you can omit the preposition "de".

Tenemos que hablar en español para que las chicas no compreden lo que hablamos.
I don't know if the de is needed or not. Better wait for a native to say whether it is a dequeísmo or not.
I'm only suggesting para que=in order that
rather than para=in order to
