I've heard a phrase for saying good night that has con los angeles in it. But I don't remember what verb. Grácias.

Welcome to the forum! There are quite a few ways to say good night:
¡Que descanses! = Sleep well!
Sueños dulces = sweet dreams
Sueñas con los angelitos = Dream with the angels

There are several variations. (sleep tight)
que duermas con los angelitos. (subjunctive exhortation)
duerma con los angelitos (formal)
duerme con los angelitos. (informal)
sueña con los angelitos. (dream with the angles or sweet dreams)
I like the one using soñar. Sleep with the angels reminds me of "sleeping with the fishes" from the gangster movies.
