Because I have been inspired by one of SpanishDict's users cheeseisyummy, (and agree with this suposition completely) I would like to play a cheesy game.....Please list one point per answer why you like cheese and what type of cheese is your favorite in English and Spanish. Here is an example:
I am from Wisconsin, thus I understand cheese well!. My favorite cheese is Sheep's cheese from Spain.

I love Manchego style cheese. My wife and I found the delights of this one while spending time in Spain. However I fell in love with well made, aged cheddar (5 years or more) when we visited Tasmania. I can't choose my favorite! Please don't make me do so!

I also love Cotija cheese from Oaxaca, the same as Panela cheese. In Russia, I have eaten, and with much happiness, one that is called "Galanski" (Dutch) from Holland. But to say, Which is the favorite? I believe is impossible. Everything depends on ones mood.
My favorite cheese is a dry, ground mixture of Cotija from Oaxaca, and Pecorino y Asiago de Italia. On spaghetti with olive oil and garlic? Incredible!
