I would like to practice my listening and speaking, so need to access some audio.

If you click on Learn Spanish, there are 90 videos for learning, listening, and speaking spanish. You can also watch the 30 videos for learning English which are presented all in Spanish. So those would be good for practicing listening to Spanish. Each lesson has a speaking assignment where you record yourself.

All of the flashcards have audio pronunciations by a program, so you can hear what a word or phrase will sound like by a computer native speaker.

You can also find a Skype or messenger "pen pal" in the forum or in the chat.
