"I can't sleep. All I can think about is you" translation

Question

Hi, this may sound stupid to people but I really need some help as soon as I can. I want to tell someone I love very much some things in Spanish (he's Mexican). I know a little Spanish but I can't write it well because I don't know Spanish grammar well enough. Please, if it's not too much of a hassle, can someone translate the following for me (and sorry, I know my English grammar isn't that great either):

"I can't sleep because all I can think about is you. I'm so worried about you. Yesterday you said some things that made me very concerned. Please respond to this message; we should talk and not only about our relationship."

This is what I got out of the translator:

No puedo dormir, porque solo puedo pensar es en ti. Estoy muy preocupada por ti. Ayer me dijo algunas cosas que me preocuparon mucho. Por favor, responda a este mensaje, que debemos hablar y no sólo acerca de nuestra relación

As you can see, it was almost perfect.

Well, Heidita has beaten me with an answer, but my advise, especially because of my experience with Spanish speakers is mostly Mexicans, is that I would Simply end your request like this:

• Por favor, contéstame.  (instead of "responda a este mensaje")

Only you know this person, but i wouldn't say anything about needing to talk about relationship or anything more... the typical response from the male side, especially if he has been taught machismo, you may only push him further away from answering you.
