How do you say "cottage cheese?" Is it :chale" or not?

In Mexico, it isn't requesón. According to Wiki, Requesón is much closer to ricotta.
I bought cottage cheese the other day and it was called Queso Cottage. Seriously.
I haven't seen the Borden brand from above but I actually bought the LaLa cottage cheese. It wasn't bad.
maybe it´s ´queso untable´ in some countries.
