Will someone please explain the differences between ya, todavia, y aún. Examples would be great! Thanks.

Examples:

Ya ha llegado pero todavía/aún no nos ha saludado.

Todavía/Aún es muy pronto. ¿Por qué estás ya levantado?

Todavía and aún mean the same.

Aun and todavía mean still or yet. Here are the D R E A entries:

aun you'll notice that aun usually means todavía

todavía but they managed to define todavía without mentioning aun

ya more or less means already.
