What does the word ñanaco mean?

What does the word ñanaco mean? I can't sem to find it in any dictionary. Thanks.
P.S. It is not used in a sentence. My friend just asked me what it meant and I didn't ask for a sentence.

There are lots of interesting words that start with ñ, but I don´t know which of any this is related to:
- ñacañaca = rumpy-pumpy, whatever that means (I think in American English maybe hanky panky!)
- ñaco = popcorn
- ñacara = ulcer
- ñaña = nursemaid
- ñoño = namby pamby
- ñaque = junk ...
Ask your friend for more info!
