I sit by one of my friends, and she is Spanish, I think that it would be a great start to learning Spanish if i start talking Spanish to some of my friends, and to see if I'm saying it the correct way instead of confusing her.

Excellent idea, flirty! Asking for help, especially in Spanish from a Hispanic person, is a great way to start conversations and friendships! smile

Try this:

¿Me puedes ayudar, por favor?

The verb ayudar is "to help",but you need to conjugate it.So the whole sentence is,Yo(I,which is optional)Necesito(need, conjugated to Yo) que me ayuden(help). which is.i need your help.

Hope you like spanish!I luv it!im going into my third year!
