I think you could also say:

Chocolate chip cookie (biscuit) dough = Masa de galletas con pedacitos de chocolate

I knew how to say: chocolate biscuit dough already but I had to look up the word 'chocolate chip' I found an answer in the Oxford English Spanish Dictionary

If anyone disagrees with my answer, you will have to take it up with (discuss it with) the Oxford University Press who publishes the entries.

I believe that Erilyn's answer is the best/most accurate.I think that she could be a native Spanish speaker but I haven't looked at her profile.
