Idiom translation please?
In the movie, "Te Que Harias Por Amore", One of the boys, while looking at some graffitti art, says what sounds like "Mola! Pinche' Mola! Remola!". It's subtitled as: Beautiful! F-ing beautiful! ("RE-mola" is not translated) What is "Mola", and what is it's root?
Gracias!!

Look at the definition for the Spanish word molar and I think you'll find what you're after.
And regarding the 're' in front of 'mola', I remember recently reading a thread about this but can't find it for the life of me. However the gist was that in some Latin countries, adding 're' as a pre-fix is an informal or slang way to emphasize something. Like saying something is 'way-cool'. Not grammatical, but used, nevertheless. ![]()
I hope that helps, and we look forward to seeing you around! ![]()
