The machine translator's version actually makes sense.

Su factura está vencida.

"Factura" is used for things like "Title" or "Certificate of ownership" as well as "Invoice," but this reflects the piece of paper and not the over-due account.

I would say, "Su cuenta ya está delicuente" or "Su cuenta ya se pasó."
